Attire for Napa & San Francisco

Daytime attire: Daytime casual, closed toe shoes (walking)
Nighttime attire: Evening casual, jeans & nice shirt/jacket

Attire for boat trip to San Francisco

It will be windy on the Bay! To prepare for the trip, it is advisable to wear layered clothing and low heel or flat shoes.

Please bring a jacket. Gloves and a scarf are practical as well!

Day One: Monday, August 19th

Arrivals at San Francisco International Airport (SFO). Airport transfer to be provided. 

4:00pm

Check In at The Estate Yountville. Dinner in Yountville on your own (gift card to be provided). Suggested restaurants:

Day Two: Tuesday, August 20th

7:00am

Breakfast buffet in hotel lobby

9:15am

Meet in lobby to board shuttle to the Joel Gott Vineyard Experience

12:30pm

Lunch at Gott’s Roadside St. Helena

2:00pm

Shuttle to hotel – enjoy free time until dinner

5:45pm

Meet in Lobby – for transportation to dinner at Mustards Restaurant

Day Three: Wednesday, August 21st

7:00am

Breakfast buffet in hotel lobby

Check Out – luggage to be tagged and brought to 1 Hotel in San Francisco via bus

9:00am

Shuttle to Pier 40 San Francisco

10:00am

Board Just Dreaming Yacht for San Francisco cruise

11:45am

Arrive at Pier 40 – shuttle will take you to Oracle Park – Please inform Juliana if you are walking to the park, in lieu of taking the shuttle.

12:00pm

Giants vs. Chicago Sox

3:45pm

Depart Oracle Park via shuttle

4:00pm

Check in at 1 Hotel San Francisco

6:15pm

Please meet in hotel lobby for transportation to dinner

6:30pm

Dinner at A16

After Dinner – Guests on own to explore. Suggested hot spots:

Please be cautious when walking in the city at night. Best not to walk solo, please grab a partner! Be safe! 

Day Four: Thursday, August 22nd

Hotel Check Out

7:00am

Breakfast in Terrine Restaurant (opens at 7am) We will pick up your breakfast tab. Please charge to your room and the front desk will reimburse.

Airport transfers to be provided.
